There have been
changes made to summer practice times:
SUMMER AFTERNOON PRACTICES
Pre-Comp
Group: 4:00 - 4:45
Intermediate:
4:45 – 6:00
Advanced
(all groups): 4:00 – 6:00
(try to arrive a
bit early so you can be IN THE POOL at the start of practice
time)
For
the Advanced Group
MORNING LONG-COURSE PRACTICE
Logan
Aquatic Center: TUESDAY & THURSDAY
6:00-8:00
A.M.
(swimmers
must purchase a lap-swim punch pass from the Aquatic Center)
For
all interested swimmers
MORNING DRY LAND WORKOUTS
Sky
View Track and Practice Field
MONDAY,
WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY
7:00-8:00
A.M.
Meet at the pool…if
we are not at the pool when you arrive you can find us on the field.
(Friday
activities will be running games such as ultimate frisbee, soccer, etc.)
These
morning practices/dry-land workouts are completely optional. There will be a monthly $5 charge, to cover
the coach’s time, added to your statement for either activity during the months
that your swimmer participates.
